Indie Folk Band
Dan Bennion: Vocals, Guitar, Bass & Keyboard
Adam Akers: Vocals, Drums, Guitar, Mandolin, Bass & Keyboard
Currently playing locally in the Phoenix Metropolitan area. The band is also interested in states neighboring Arizona.
Both members previously played in local indie rock bands: Dirt Brown Earth & So Long You Crane.
The band is an advocate of local non-profit organizations and its members have each offered their talents at multiple events. Benefactors include Mesa United Way & A New Leaf.
The ups and downs in the lives of each band member have brought them to find passion in the indie folk genre.
Akers & Bennion have been inspired by artists such as Mumford & Sons, The Avett Brothers & Sufjan Stevens. However, to keep their music unique they write their own songs and include a diverse musical instrument ensemble.
